Epsom Road - great planning

No sooner than the new road surface is applied then along come contractors, dig it up, add some temporary traffic lights & then clear off for the weekend. Obviously, not an emergency repair. Perhaps the new surface was too smooth for Surrey roads and so potholes need to be applied retrospectively.
