New Weekly Food Waste Collection Service

Mole Valley District Council are in the process of introducing a weekly collection of food waste from all households in the District. The roll-out is being phased during July and August; the final collection phase will be on 6th August by which time most households will be receiving the service.

All residents are invited to attend the roadshows in order to find out more about the service, to see the bins and pose any questions about the service to officers.

All road shows are from 5pm until 7pm.

The road show for Leatherhead is on Monday 12th July at Leatherhead Leisure Centre

You will be receiving an information leaflet and letter through the post to introduce you to this service. Your new bins will be delivered to your property shortly after you receive this letter. As soon as you receive your bins, you can start to use them and put them out for collection alongside your normal refuse or recycling bin.
