MALE 2 - IC1 / LATE 20'S - EARLY 30'S / F510 - F5111 / MEDIUM BUILD / WEARING BLACK LEATHER JACKET
MALES CLAIMED TO BE FROM THE COUNCIL - GAVE NO ID
ONE OF THE MALES STATED HE WAS CHECKING THE WATER PRESSURE
